These items act as a progression mechanic, potentially unlocking additional skills for the character as the player keeps on collecting more.
Combat occurs when the player must defend against violent creatures to proceed through the game. This features a climactic confrontation between the snake and a bear, in which the player must use gathered skills or talents to defeat them.
